mention that my protein that I take right here I put it in a shaker cup with
some more alkaline water and I add to that one scoop of the protein I put in
one a 1 teaspoon or 5 grams of creatine okay creatine creatine is great for
increasing the endurance of the muscle and everything or your muscles will help
will retain more water and give you more energy in your workouts and whatnot so
I take 5 grams of creatine with that I take 5 grams of glutamine as well
glutamine is great for helping muscle recovery and muscle soreness and it's
also got benefits for your digestive system as well so 5 grams of that also and
