underrated is sleep recovery sleep if you guys know me you know I am the

hours minimum every night and that is like the golden key to muscle building
you and talking about secrets and like mass gainers and this and that get some
sleep like if you are not eating properly and sleeping you're just gonna be so
frustrated with your muscle building results and that much I can promise you
you need to make sure that you're recovering enough and this is in all areas of
your life like you cannot be over training under sleeping not eating enough and
expecting your body to change and build a lot of my soul it's just it's just
not gonna happen so you know obviously some people the genetic freaks of the
